• Odyscend Group is not responsible for any consequences arising from insufficient or invalid travel documentation.

b) Health Requirements:

• Travelers must check and comply with any health-related requirements for destinations, including vaccinations and medical certificates.

Tour Modifications:

a) Changes by Odyscend Group:

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or safety concerns.
• If a service is canceled, customers will be offered alternative options or a full refund.

b) Changes by Traveler:

• Changes to booking details may incur additional charges.
• Requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability and approval.

Liability:

• Odyscend Group is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to property during services.
• Participants use services at their own risk and are advised to obtain appropriate insurance.

b) Third-Party Services:

• Odyscend acts as an intermediary with third-party providers such as hotels and airlines.
• We are not liable for third-party services but strive to select reliable partners.

Code of Conduct:

a) Compliance:

• Customers must follow local laws and customs at destinations.
• Violations may result in service termination without refund.

b) Behavior:

• Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
• Disruptive conduct may result in removal from the group or service without compensation.
