c) Cancellation and Refunds:

- Refunds for cancellations are subject to deduction of applicable fees and charges.
- Refunds may take up to 15 days to process once cancellation is approved.
Travel Documentation:

- It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure valid passports and visas for international travel.
- Odyscend Group is not responsible for any consequences arising from insufficient or invalid travel documentation.
b) Health Requirements:
- Travelers must check and comply with any health-related requirements for destinations, including vaccinations and medical certificates.
Tour Modifications:
a) Changes by Odyscend Group:
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or safety concerns.
- If a service is canceled, customers will be offered alternative options or a full refund.
b) Changes by Traveler:
- Changes to booking details may incur additional charges.
- Requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability and approval.
Liability:
a) Limitation of Liability:
- Odyscend Group is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to property during services.
- Participants use services at their own risk and are advised to obtain appropriate insurance.
b) Third-Party Services:
- Odyscend acts as an intermediary with third-party providers such as hotels and airlines.
- We are not liable for third-party services but strive to select reliable partners.
Code of Conduct:
a) Compliance:
- Customers must follow local laws and customs at destinations.
- Violations may result in service termination without refund.
b) Behavior:
- Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
- Disruptive conduct may result in removal from the group or service without compensation.
