In case of a no-show or failure to attend the booked experience without prior cancellation, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days from the date of confirmation. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
Services such as consultation charges, special add-ons, and custom-tailored programs are non-refundable once confirmed and delivered.
